Requisites for executing and monitoring an action plan

1. Marketing Strategy

(Selection, targeting based on the customer's / business's needs) 

But a marketing strategy leads nowhere without some management tools:

2. MBO (Management by Objectives)

3. MIS  (Management Information System)

4. Means (Men / Money / Methods)

5. And of course a description of the planned Actions

1 to 5 are the sources of the marketing plan
as it defines what are the:

  • Targets (customers / products),

  • Channels / Means,

  • Actions,

  • Objectives (by targets, channels, actions)
