2) Create (the right) Selling structure / Channels
3) Appoint Coaches to train the sellers, to bring them assistance
and methods, to monitor them...
4) Appoint Marketing analyst(s) to identify prospective customers
and to spot sales opportunities in existing customer segments
5) Adequate Pay structure linked to job descriptions; give incentives
such as bonuses
6) Avoid any Communication wall between work units
Inform all units (of strategies, situation)
Co-ordinate (monthly meetings, workshops)
Push / help (coaching, sales promotion tools)
Disseminate technical guidelines (on products...)
and selling / marketing methods
7) Train to methods, to new commercial jobs
